Frequently Asked Questions

When you purchase your pass you will be asked to select a time and date for 1 attraction to activate your pass.

The attraction you are allocated at this point depends on which attraction website you are booking from. For example, if you are on the Madame Tussauds Blackpool website, this will be entry to Madame Tussauds Blackpool. If you are on the SEA LIFE website, it will be entry to SEA LIFE Blackpool.

After you have entered your card details at the end of the purchasing process, a box will pop up allowing you to book a time for 1 visit to each available attraction in your pass period.

You will also receive a confirmation email with a link to the booking portal so you can access it and amend your times later.

We have written a guide on how to book your Pick 'n' Mix pass, you can access the guide here.

Yes, but entry is subject to availability. We will do our best to get you in on arrival as much as possible, but on very busy days we cannot guarantee this. If this happens, the team on the door can book you in for the next available timeslot if there's availability later in the day.

We highly recommend you access the booking portal via your confirmation email to reserve all your attractions before visiting.

The booking portal will only allow you to pre-book for 1 visit per available attraction. If you want to visit the same attraction twice, you can do this by visiting the admissions desk at the attraction and booking in a timeslot.

You can turn up at the time you wish to enter but on very busy days, availability is not guaranteed.

The pass is valid for consecutive days from the date you selected on purchasing.

For example, if you purchase a 2 day pass and select 5th August, the pass is valid throughout opening hours on 5th and 6th August.

If you purchase a 7 day pass and select 1st August, the pass is valid from the attractions opening time on 1st August, to their closing time on 7th August.

No, we highly recommend checking opening times before your visit.

Not all attractions are open every day and some are closed over winter. Your pass is valid for the attractions which are open on the selected date.

No, not every attraction may be suitable for your party.

Most attractions are open to all! This includes: The Blackpool Tower Eye, The Blackpool Tower Circus, The Blackpool Tower Ballroom, SEA LIFE Blackpool and Madame Tussauds Blackpool.

Attractions with restrictions are:

The Gruffalo & Friends Clubhouse
Adults (15+) must be accompanied by a child (aged 14 and under), all parties require an adult aged 18 years or older to visit the attraction.

This attraction is most suited to children aged 3-10 years.

Height restrictions apply to most play zones. Visit The Adventure section of their website for further details.

Peter Rabbit™: Explore and Play
Adults (15+) must be accompanied by a child (aged 14 and under), all parties require an adult aged 18 years or older to visit the attraction.

This attraction is most suited to children aged 2-6 years.

The Blackpool Tower Dungeon

The Blackpool Tower Dungeon does not permit children under 5 years from entering.

Further to this, the attraction is not recommended for children under 10 years old.

Due to the scary fun element of the show, most children younger than 10 do not enjoy the experience and rarely make it through the full attraction. If you wish to take a child age 5-10, this is at the guardians discretion.

All the attractions are accessible for wheelchair users. There are just a few attractions with extra requirements:

Madame Tussauds

Pre-booking your wheelchair space is essential as only three wheelchairs can access the upper floors at any one time. You can reserve a wheelchair space here.

The Blackpool Tower Circus
Spaces to stay in a wheelchair throughout the performance are very limited. You will need to reserve one of these on top of your Pass booking.

You can reserve a wheelchair space at your booked performance here.

If you have more questions or require assistance with the wheelchair booking, please email guestservices.theblackpooltower@merlinentertainments.biz.

The Blackpool Tower Dungeon
This is an interactive tour and can only accommodate 1 wheelchair user per tour. If you have more in your party, please discuss your options by contacting: guestservices.theblackpooltower@merlinentertainments.biz.

You can reserve a wheelchair space at your booked performance here.

SEA LIFE Blackpool

SEA LIFE Blackpool is fully wheelchair accessible. Please reserve a wheelchair space here.

You can reserve a free carer ticket during the booking journey when purchasing your Pick ‘n’ Mix Pass.

You will need to provide official documented evidence of the disability or of registered carer status (for example, blue/orange badge, award letters, or carer ID).

If you have more questions, please email guestservices.theblackpooltower@merlinentertainments.biz.

For entry, you do not need to have your tickets printed. However, if you do want a printed version of your tickets you can print these yourself before your visit or you can also ask any of our admissions desks to print them for you.

*Saving calculations are based on a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) buying a 1 day pass and visiting each attraction once.
