Visitors with Reduced Mobility

Madame Tussauds Dubai is wheelchair, pram and mobility-impaired friendly throughout our zones. The attraction is spread between two floors, but we have elevators to ensure the venue is accessible to all.

For safety reasons, we can only accept one wheelchair user in the attraction at any one time. We have one chair that may be borrowed from the Admissions are if required. Please note that this service is available on a first come, first serve basis, and cannot be booked or reserved ahead of time. You will be required to leave your ID behind while you use the wheelchair.

Visitors with Sensory Sensitivity

Guests with sensory sensitivity are welcome in the attraction at any time. If you would prefer your visit to be less crowded and loud, we recommend you visit during the week (outside of school holidays).

Please note that there are varying levels of lighting, flashing, music and loud noises throughout the attraction.

Tickets

Guests who are people of determination can enter for free upon presenting their disability card and a caregiver can purchase a ticket at the attraction.

Toilet & Family Facilities

We have one accessible toilet, equipped with an emergency alarm, inside our attraction which is located at the beginning of your tour of Madame Tussauds Dubai. A changing facility is also available inside the accessible toilet.

Our team at Madame Tussauds Dubai is here to help! Be sure to visit our team at the Admissions desk should you require any assistance on the day. Our trained team is available to ensure that People of Determination are assisted within our building.

There will also be Guest Experience team members scattered throughout the attraction to support each and every guest whilst making sure that everyone has the best experience possible. 

Emergency Exits

The emergency exits at Madame Tussauds Dubai are accessible and hazard free. There are audible fire alerting devices.

The assembly area is on an accessible rout and our staff are on hand to assist with evacuation requirements.
