Can I eat or drink at Madame Tussauds?
No, eating and drinking are not permitted at Madame Tussauds. All guests will be asked to finish any food or beverages before entering the attraction. Concessions are sold in the attraction.

Does Madame Tussauds offer a discount for groups?
Yes, groups of 10 or more are eligible for special discounted rates. For more information, please visit our Tickets Page.

Do you accept the Euro or other foreign currency?
No, we are cashless, both with foreign currency and U.S. Dollar, and only accept debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover).
Merlin Entertainments North America attractions are now accepting China UnionPay cards for tickets sales online and at the attraction.
How do I use my Madame Tussauds discount coupon?

If you have a Military ID ME account, please purchase tickets with your account information HERE.
If you do not have a Military ID ME account, please bring your military ID to our box office for a special rate.
Taking photos
Can I take a camera to Madame Tussauds?
YES, we encourage guests to bring cameras, camera phones, and/or selfie sticks to capture memories of their visit. Cameras are permitted in all public areas of Madame Tussauds . If you are a film crew or press and need access to the attraction, please contact us for further information.
Visiting Madame Tussauds
Does my child need a ticket?
Children under the age of 2 will not need a ticket for entry into Madame Tussauds. Children aged 2 years old and over will need a ticket to enter the attraction.
Can I take large bags or luggage to Madame Tussauds?
For security reasons, large bags or luggage are not permitted to be left with Madame Tussauds staff.
Are weapons permitted in Madame Tussauds?
No, no weapons of any kind are permitted in the attraction.
How long does a visit to Madame Tussauds last?
The tour through the attraction is self-guided. It should take you approximately 60 to 90 minutes to complete your tour.
Can I take a baby stroller to Madame Tussauds?
Yes, the attraction is stroller accessible. If you prefer not to bring the stroller through the exhibit, please speak with a Madame Tussauds hospitality host. Please note that Madame Tussauds is not responsible for any lost, unclaimed, or damaged property.
Can I take any animals or pets to Madame Tussauds?
No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds. However, we do permit Service Animals.
Is there an age restriction to enter Madame Tussauds Las Vegas?
Yes, guests must be 18 years of age or older if they are visiting the attraction without a parent or guardian present.
