Ticket holders in this section have their own private area away from the rest of the party in our Times Square Look Out, which gives you an unbeatable and direct view of the iconic ball drop! Only guests with VIP tickets can see the ball drop from inside Madame Tussauds from our exclusive Times Square Look Out. 

All other guests, if they choose, will have the opportunity to exit the building onto 42nd St to watch the ball drop. Please remember once you exit Madame Tussauds, there will be no re-entry. 

Our New Years Eve celebration will go from 8pm-1am. At approximately 6:00pm EST, the Times Square New Year's Eve Ball will be raised to the top of the pole at One Times Square (Broadway at 43rd Street).

Yes, there will be several premium open bars located throughout the entire building! There will be signature cocktails as well as top shelf spirits, beer, wine, and seltzer. 

There's no official dress code for our New Year's Eve party but we encourage you to come dressed to impress! This is a one-of-a-kind celebration, so bring your best style and make it a night to remember.

The Times Square New Year's Eve Ball descends from a flagpole at the top of One Times Square, just steps away from Madame Tussauds New York.

Yes, a FREE coat check will be available onsite.

The best way to come to Times Square is via public transportation. To get to Times Square, the # 1, 2, 3, 7, A, B, C, D, E, F, M, N, Q, R, W, and S shuttle trains all service the Times Square area. Note that certain trains do not run on weekends. In the past, the MTA has advised revelers not to use the 42nd Street Subway Station on New Year's Eve due to crowding conditions — you are advised to exit at one of the surrounding stations and enter Times Square by foot. Please visit the MTA's website for updated information on public transportation and accessing Times Square on December 31st.
