Our facilities are designed to be fully accessible to guests with a disability. Our trained staff will ensure that guests who require assistance are transported safely by means of an elevator designated for this purpose.

Yes. You may use your own wheelchair at Madame Tussauds. 

Yes, tickets for caretakers are available free of charge.

Service Animals are welcomed inside the attraction.  At Madame Tussauds, a service animal is a dog or miniature horse that is trained to do work or perform tasks for, and to assist, an individual with a disability.  Service animals must be under the control of the owner at all times and should remain on a leash or in a harness.  Employees are not able to take control of service animals.

Madame Tussauds recognizes the need for this website to be accessible to all. We have implemented a number of features to make this website easy to use, especially for users with disabilities.

This website aims to conform to Level A standard of the W3C’s Web Accessibility Initiative’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. It also includes many features found in AA sites such as color considerations and easily resizable fonts. We will continue to make improvements and make sure this website conforms to these guidelines.
