Merlin Entertainments SMS Communication Guidelines 

  1. General Information Merlin Entertainments offers High Availability SMS communications designed for the Enterprise sector. SMS messages sent via our dedicated Merlin Entertainments short code are used by employees to notify our customers about service events and maintenance windows related to the services we provide. These communications are strictly on an Opt-In basis, with the Call to Action (CTA) advertised internally to employees only. The short code will not be marketed externally. 
  2. Opt-In/Opt-Out To join the short code program, users can opt-in by texting the keyword (“MERLIN”) to the provided short code. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies per user. To get assistance, text "HELP" to 32426. To opt out, simply text "STOP" to cancel your subscription. After you text "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. 
  3. Help If you ever need help or forget the available keywords, just text "HELP" to 32426. You will receive instructions on how to use our service, as well as details on how to unsubscribe. 
  4. Participating Carriers Our SMS service is supported by major carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket. Please note that T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 
  5. Rates Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. For specific questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
