If your travel plans were arranged by a third  party, including travel agents, travel-booking websites, or other businesses independent of Madame Tussauds Orlando, you will need to contact those suppliers directly to understand their policies and any applicable fees for changing or canceling a reservation.

Combo tickets allow you to access the world's greatest wax museum plus SEA LIFE Aquarium, conveniently located at ICON Park. Explore other attractions on the same day as your visit to Madame Tussauds. 

It takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour to complete a visit at Madame Tussauds; however, you may take as little or as long as you need to experience the entire attraction.

Yes! The only restriction is they need to remain under 36" in width.

No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds. However, we do permit Service Animals.

The entire attraction is wheelchair accessible; however, we do not have wheelchairs available on site. We ask that you provide your own wheelchair if needed.

Madame Tussauds Orlando is open from 11 am - 7 pm from Sunday to Thursday. Enjoy extended hours on Friday and Saturday, when the museum closes at 8 pm. Keep in mind that the hours vary. 

The museum is generally open every day of the year, including holidays. Plan your visit at your convenience. 

We encourage taking many photos! Cameras are permitted in all public areas of Madame Tussauds. If you are a film crew or press and need access to the attraction, please contact our press office for further information.

Absolutely! Madame Tussauds is selfie central!

We do not permit food or beverage inside the attraction. However, you can purchase food and beverage outside of Madame Tussauds Orlando in the terminal building.
