Sydney is on a high-note today after being “Pitch-slapped” by a pop-up performance from Madame Tussauds Sydney’s newest wax figure, Aussie star, Rebel Wilson.
Known for her brash but much loved roles Fat Amy in Pitch Perfect, Brynn in Bridesmaids and Robin in How To Be Single, Rebel Wilson’s wax figure will be in her element at Madame Tussauds Sydney’s A-List zone, wearing the same green dress as the comedic genius wore to the world premiere of box office hit, Pitch Perfect 2.
Rebel Wilson’s brand-new wax figure will also be the first talking wax figure to called Madame Tussauds Sydney home, blurting out classic one liners to passers-by in the Darling Harbour attraction.
Rebel Wilson is the latest of several Aussie Hollywood success stories to be showcased in wax as part of Madame Tussauds Sydney’s ongoing commitment to backing Australian talent, with her wax figure joining the likes of Hugh Jackman, Heath Ledger, Cate Blanchett, Olivia Newton-John and Eric Bana.
