We want every single person within the Merlin community to feel like they can be their authentic selves regardless of age, gender, race, sexual preference or ability. In fact every1 matters at Merlin. Whether that be within our teams or the wider audience of our guests, stakeholders, shareholders and suppliers.
You may have noticed many staff around our attractions have added their pronouns to their name badge or email signature. For some people sharing pronouns can be scary, but by adding these words (they/them, she/her, he/him) we hope to create an open & safer environment for our team members, future team members and guests.
