Disabled Accessibility
Madame Tussauds would like to welcome everyone to our famous attraction regardless of their ability or disability.
The majority of our facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible to guests with a disability.
Our trained staff will ensure that guests with disabilities are transported safely from floor to floor within our building by means of a lift specially designated for this purpose.
The lift is only suitable for standard wheelchairs, however a courtesty wheelchairs available on information center in Decks Tokyo Beach.
For safety reasons we can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time and it is strongly advised that you pre-book in advance.
We offer a special admission price to guests with disabilities. We require documentary proof of disability at the admission.

It also includes many features found in AA sites such as colour considerations and easily resizable fonts.
