Did you know that...?
- Spielberg is one of the most successful directors and producers in Hollywood and is considered the inventor of the summer blockbuster „Jaws" (1975). He is also the man behind other classic megahits such as „E.T." (1982), „Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" (1989), „Jurassic Park" (1993) and many others.
- Universal Studios signed Spielberg under contract in 1968. He had to abandon his studies at California State University in Long Beach to do so, but completed his degree over 30 years later by realising independent projects in 2002.
- He began experimenting with film as a teenager and made his first feature films, the science fiction epic „Firelight" (1964) and „Sugarland Express" (1974).
