If you did not receive a confirmation email, please bring with you your booking confirmation number that appeared on the final booking screen. If you have lost your booking confirmation number don't worry. Just bring the credit card you booked with.

Please note, to help eliminate fraud: for all Online bookings, please make sure you bring the credit card you paid with along with you. If somebody else paid, please bring a signed letter from the card holder. You will not receive tickets in the post. Please bring your order confirmation number or email confirmation with you to Madame Tussauds.

A child is considered 3 - 15 years. 2s and under enter Madame Tussauds Sydney free of charge.

No. A person aged 15 years or under must enter the attraction with an adult (18 years and above) for safety reasons.

No, eating and drinking is not permitted at Madame Tussauds Sydney other than light snacks bought on the premises.

It takes around 2 hours to complete a visit of Madame Tussauds Sydney.

We suggest not bringing any valuables into the attraction; if you do not need them, do not bring them. If you must, please keep them in a safe place. If you have a lot of baggage, you can store it at Travel Australia Centre on George Street for roughly $10 per item per day.

No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds Sydney. However, we do permit seeing eye dogs, guide dogs and hearing eye dogs.

There is full disabled access throughout Madame Tussauds Sydney. Larger motorised wheelchairs may not be able to access all areas of the attraction.

You will need to pre-book for any individual visiting Madame Tussauds Sydney, including children under 3. This pre-book ticket can be used for any individual of any age

We encourage guests to arrive 10 minutes before their timeslot. However, there is a 15 minute window for entering the attraction, so if you are a little bit late, please don't worry

You're able to amend the date of your ticket by visiting our booking portal here.

Please note, tickets may only be moved to a date of the same rate or lower. Any promotions with specific booking dates will be able to move into another date within that promotions date / capacity. No partial refunds are given in the system for moving from a peak to an off-peak date. 

If the time slot you are after isn't available that does mean that time slot is fully booked.

Simply head to the attractions ticket page and pre-book the date and time of your visit. You can do this for as many attractions that your combination pass states (2,3 or 4). 

Time slots must be booked prior to your visit to ensure we are able to manage the capacity of our attractions to align with our new health and safety procedures
