Unfortunately, due to security reasons we are unable to accept suitcases or large items of hand luggage into this attraction. If you arrive with these items, you can leave them in our cloakroom at an additional cost. More information can be found here.
You are unable to bring a buggy into the attraction, however this can be stored in our cloakroom at no additional cost. For small babies, we offer a baby carrier.
Chamber of Horrors is based on some of the most infamous real crimes of the past 150 years. It features details of serious crime, violence and murder and includes real artefacts from crime scenes which some may find distressing. The recommended age is 16+ to enter this area.
For your safety we do not recommend you enter if you have any of the following medical conditions:

One carer can go free to accompany a disabled guest, upon presenting one of the following forms of documentation:
- DLA/DWP/PIP award letter
- A Blue Badge
- International Proof of Disability (ISA (international symbol of access) or similar must be printed on it)
