Ru's figure joins the star-studded line-up at Madame Tussauds London from Friday 9th February 2024. Guests at our attraction will be able to meet this fearless trailblazer in The Fashion Runway, standing proudly alongside the likes of other icons of fashion; Kendall Jenner, Victoria Beckham, Cara Delevingne and more...

1980s: RuPaul begins performing in the Atlanta drag scene.
1993: Releases debut album "Supermodel of the World," featuring hit single "Supermodel (You Better Work)."
1996: Appears in the film "The Brady Bunch Movie" as Mrs. Cummings.
2009: "RuPaul's Drag Race" premieres, marking the beginning of a successful reality TV career.
2016: Wins an Emmy Award for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program for "RuPaul's Drag Race."
2020: Inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
2022: Ru wins the Tony Award for Best Musical for serving as a producer on A Strange Loop.
2024: Drag Race has amassed 29 Emmys and 63 nominations, making Ru the most awarded host in Emmy’s history and the record-holder for most wins by a person of colour.
Before rising to fame as the Queen of Drag and TV host, RuPaul pursued a music career, releasing dance-pop albums in the early 1990s, including hits like "Supermodel (You Better Work)" and "Back to My Roots."
