If you've booked a visit to multiple London attractions, you have booked a date and time for Madame Tussauds only.
Please ensure you log into your account and book a free timed-entry ticket before you visit each attraction, all you need is the confirmation number and email address used for the ticket order.

You have 90 days to visit the other attractions included in your ticket after visiting Madame Tussauds. We recommend booking your time slots in advance, as availability is subject to change.
Big Bus
Big Bus tickets do not require timed entry. You can simply show your ticket at any time within 90 days of visiting Madame Tussauds.
If you are an annual pass holder, please make sure you book a visit date and timeslot prior to visiting.

When obtaining tickets from a third-party source (outside the official Madame Tussauds website), please carefully follow their instructions for redemption. For all promotional vouchers and third-party tickets, the redemption process must be completed according to their specific guidelines.
All tickets booked online through this website are covered by our booking guarantee. Not all ticket types - including some promotional tickets are eligible for changes.
Ticket changes are free of charge for eligible ticket types. Once you log in you'll be able to see the number of times you can amend your booking.
