Accessing the attraction
Accessibility in details:
The Ultimate Film Star Experience is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
Images of Singapore is a two-level attraction. A lift is available for your use as you make your way through the attraction, and upon completion, you will be escorted back to the same lift to make your way down to the Spirit of Singapore Boat Ride and Madame Tussauds Singapore. Accessible washrooms are available for your use at a separate area (please refer to diagram on the reverse side or approach a Host for directions). However do note that these washrooms are not available during the show- please ensure that you visit the washroom before, or after the show.
Ambulant wheelchair users are able to go on the Boat Ride if they are able to be safely transferred to the ride via members of the same party, and must accompanied by carer/helper.
No babies are allowed on arms on Spirit of Singapore Boat Ride.
Rides are not recommended for:
- Guest with back or neck complaints
- Guest with broken limbs or have had recent surgery
- Guest who are heavily pregnant
Madame Tussauds Singapore is a single-level attraction. Accessible washrooms are available for your use at a separate area (please refer to diagram or approach a Host for directions).
The Marvel 4D cinema is fully accessible for both ambulant and non-ambulant wheelchair users. If you are a wheelchair user, approach a Host for assistance and they will be able to ensure you are seated at the most appropriate areas for you to fully enjoy the experience.
Please stay calm and proceed to the nearest illuminated green Emergency ‘EXIT’ sign. If you encounter stairs, please alert the nearest Host that you require assistance and a trained member of staff will be called to assist you with an Evacuation Chair to ensure your speedy and safe exit.
