Accessibility

There is a designated accessibility drop off point at Imbiah Lookout for guests who are accessing the attraction. From the entry point of Sentosa, please follow the signs guiding you towards Imbiah carpark. After the roundabout at Imbiah Road, this drop off point will be on your left, indicated by a blue and white wheelchair sign opposite the Luge. From this drop off point, you may make your way to the entrance of Madame Tussauds Singapore.

The nearest carpark to the attraction is Imbiah carpark. From Imbiah carpark, the safest way to the attraction is via the abovementioned drop off point.

If you encounter any difficulties accessing the attraction from the carpark, please call our hotline at 6715 4000 and we will be happy to send a team member to guide you into the attraction.

The Ultimate Film Star Experience is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Images of Singapore is a two-level attraction. A lift is available for your use as you make your way through the attraction, and upon completion, you will be escorted back to the same lift to make your way down to the Spirit of Singapore Boat Ride and Madame Tussauds Singapore. Accessible washrooms are available for your use at a separate area (please refer to diagram on the reverse side or approach a Host for directions).

The Spirit of Singapore Boat Ride is unfortunately limited to ambulant riders. We are unable to assist in transferring guests to the ride, however if riders are able to be safely transferred to the ride via members of the same party, they will be permitted to ride. You may choose to bypass the Boat Ride if you are non-ambulant; do inform the Host who is escorting you down from Images of Singapore LIVE! if you intend to skip the boat ride.

Madame Tussauds Singapore is a single-level attraction. Accessible washrooms are available for your use at a separate area (please refer to diagram or approach a Host for directions).

The Marvel 4D cinema is fully accessible for both ambulant and non-ambulant wheelchair users. If you are a wheelchair user, approach a Host for assistance and they will be able to ensure you are seated at the most appropriate areas for you to fully enjoy the experience.

Please stay calm and proceed to the nearest illuminated green Emergency ‘EXIT’ sign. If you encounter stairs, please alert the nearest Host that you require assistance and a trained member of staff will be called to assist you with an Evacuation Chair to ensure your speedy and safe exit.
