The total experience takes approx. 10 minutes (including briefing).
As VR might cause nausea and motion sickness not everyone will be enjoying the experience. It’s important we inform guests purchasing tickets about those possible side effects. Each guest needs to sign a waiver form before proceeding to drive the simulator.
- This experience is suitable for anyone over 3ft / 0.9m in height.
- Maximum passenger's weight: 600lbs / 272kg per platform
- Maximum one person per seat at all times.
- Guests and/or their adult / guardian are responsible for following the safety guidelines provided.
- No food (including chewing gum) or drink is permitted on the experience.
- Spectators are not permitted to physically interact with equipment and/or users.
- Smoking including the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted.
- Children should be seated near their parents or guardian.
- No lean in or out from the seat is allowed at any time during the VR experience.
- Safety belts needs to be fastened at all times during the entire VR experience.
- Dismounting the motion-platform seat or leaving the immediate experience area is not allowed, during the VR experience or whilst wearing a head-mounted device.

No, you will require an entrance ticket to Madame Tussauds to access the Thrill Coaster Singapore ride. If your entrance ticket doesn't have a Thrill Coaster component, you may purchase a top-up at the entrance or at the Thrill Coaster counter within.
